I've added numerous rechargeable lamps to my home after a power outage over the summer, and this one did not disappoint. The design is beautiful! Our house is mostly MCM design and this fits right in. It charges quickly and the charge will hold for a while. It is Hefty, so unlikely to knock over given the weight of the base. The top where you tap to turn on and off or adjust the light level is very sponsor, easily going from high to medium to low to off with a touch. I also love that the lampshade can be angled if necessary, although I think it looks best when level. The light it cast is fairly bright at the highest level, a nice not overly warm or cool light. Even the color is great - I got the green, and it is a beautiful deep hunter green. Size is perfect for our coffee table, there was no assembly required, and it did include a charging cord, although it is a standard size so not necessary to have a specific cord just for this.
