Just a warning. These are the only batteries that fit properly!!!! . The other ones like EBL AND AMAZON BASICS, are wider and thicker. They ruined a couple of My things. You can't even put the cover back on the bottom of the candles. They are just bigger and I thought I read imagine it, until other outlet said the same! and these are great. Been using them for more then three years! They are very efficient! Read more
I've pretty much given up on solar path lights and batteries. I'd rather just purchase by the season and throw away the lights, once they are past their prime and starting to look worn and cloudy. The batteries do work, but I find them not to be as strong as they are advertised to be, unfortunately. Read more
My Grandmother used to say that to me all the time. I guess I've always tried to fix things before buying new. Bought these batteries to put into my Dollar ($1.25) Store solar garden lights. I know, for that price why spend the money on batteries. Well, here's why. These batteries are 600mAh and cost less than $1. The batteries in the Dollar Store lights are 300mAh and some are 100mAh. Supposedly, if you put a thin coat of Vaseline on the battery contacts it will help to prevent corrosion (I'm going to try it). Since I don't have any new ones at the moment I put these into the old ones that quit working. Not surprisingly, they are very bright and are still going strong at 5am. For now these get 5 stars. I live in Florida. We'll see if they are still that bright by the end of the summer. I made not of the date. To be fair I will grab a few new lights from the Dollar store and replace the batteries in a couple and leave a couple with the original battery to see how they compare. Read more
