Been using it awhile--about a year. My face tolerated it right off the bat using it wet. Even the most sensitive skin should be able to tolerate a wet shave with this--especially with a strong charge, which, with this razor, is at least two weeks or more. Because of my skin, i really don't use it dry--when I have, I was surprised it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I thought I would save time shaving, but if you use it wet you won't save much time--I miscalculated--it is safer and cheaper than blades, though. The shave isn't as good as with a razor around the curve of the jaw at the top of the neck but other than that it is pretty comparable. Batt. life is unusually long, almost suspiciously long. Seems durable, blades are still good. I rinse the blades about 3 or 4 times during a shave by flipping them out to rinse them inside and out with the shaver 'off'. The hinge the blades flip out on for rinsing could be stronger, I must admit. I got the sense early on you want to engage the hinge properly and not haphazardly. It 'spings' out when you push the little button to open the blade head so I, as a practice, cushion its release to its open position to prevent wear and tear. Use care when closing the blades back down. Other than that, everything is great and exceeded expectation. I would buy again and recommend it--even if it died today. Every razor out there at this price point, and any almost at any price, typically has at least 1 drawback or something that could have been better. I feel like I made the best choice, overall, for a good, reliable shave, and saved money by spending less. Read more

One thing I immediately noticed about this razor compared to a Phillips and Remington that I've used in the past is the motor doesn't particularly "feel" strong. However, the shave is just as good. I love that it's USB-C rechargeable and that the shave quality is nice, but the out of the box experience definitely left something to be desired. I personally think the strength of the motor has a lot to do with a product you'll use so much every day. Read more

These shavers usually don't work well for me, but this one has been different. So far it has worked great. The trimmer works well, but seems to be in an awkward spot. I like the flip top head for cleaning. My only minor complaints are that it didn't come with the charger block. It did come with the charging cable though, but now I have to buy or locate a block for it. Also, the plastic protective cover is too small and barely holds on. I think a wider cover that snapped on tighter would be better. Customer service has always been fantastic. My trimmer had an issue and they replaced it with no questions asked. Someone complained that this shaver only charged to 99%. I believe that is the same with all of their products. They charge to a full 100%, but the digital readout is too small for the extra digit to be added. Overall my complaints are minor and are not enough to take away any stars for them. My only question is, when these razor heads wear out eventually, can they be replaced? Read more
