The media could not be loaded. Super easy to install. Took me about 20 minutes to drill the holes and just pop the blinds in. I added the solar panel charger and I haven’t had any issues with it not being charged and it’s currently winter where I get less light anyways. The black out side covers work well, but can be a little difficult with the charger area since it’s very close, but it still fit but had me worried at first. It connected perfectly with my Google home and I had no problem setting that up or getting the bridge connected to it. I had an issue on my end were I accidentally picked the wrong bottom bar for my second order and I contacted their customer support on both amazon and through email and they were fast to help and resolved everything even after they said my order was already ready to be shipped out, so I really appreciated that. I bought one of these as a trial to see if I liked it and was worth it and ended up getting two more after! My only complaints are that I should have maybe bought that sample booklet to see what other options I might’ve liked more in my house. I didn’t even realize there was that until I had bought my first one and then I felt like I just had to go with it after that. These blinds are definitely pricey, but they are very obviously quality and you pay for the cool features that you wouldn’t get in typical blinds. In comparison to other similar blinds that are automatic and can connect to something like my Google home I think it was a good price. I know this video looks like a lot of light still comes through but no, this blocks 95% of the light, which is AMAZING! I love that the motor is quiet, the size fit perfectly too. These seem to be durable and really good quality. Installation was incredibly easy, I didn’t it by myself in 20 min. So easy! Speed is perfect and it opens and closes easily. This is one of those items that outperforms expectations with quality and operation. Gave them the exact measurements, it fit perfectly and looks great. Very easy to install, from shipping box to completion, maybe 20 minutes; took longer to unpack than to install. The operation is very smooth, the motor is very quiet, the remote works perfectly, charging is simple, (should have gotten the solar charger), charge last a long time, lastly, you can adjust the stop distance up and down or have it full up and full down. This product is very nice. They operate quietly and reliably. Install was super easy. Setup and pairing and charging is also easy. One thing I’d advise: make sure you anticipate that bringnox will build your blinds to the EXACT dimensions you provide. I measured my opening at 34” and I ordered 33.5” to allow some space. This product exceeds my expectations. I purchased three blinds for a set of stacked windows. The product was exactly as described. They fit perfectly and were very easy to set up and install. Install time for all 3 was less than 30 minutes. They look amazing and using the smart controller I was able to automated them to open and close with the sunrise and sunset. The media could not be loaded. So happy I bought this for my patio sliding door (80"H x72"W). It is exactly as advertised. Complete blackout. It charges like a cell phone and came already charged and paired with the remote. Thank you Bringnox. Installation is the same as hanging blinds. Super easy. Just give them the exact measurements of the opening. They do the math with deducting for end caps, etc. I like total darkness when I sleep so I also bought the vertical side rails to eliminate light from coming in around the edges. I also bought the hub to connect with Google especially when I get more shades for the other windows. Every question I had the seller responded to within a few hours or one day at most. Wonderful company. This is quality merchandise and I am very happy with it. All told it was just under $500. My local shade and blind store wanted over $2000 for the same order!
