i use this water bottle everyday all day. what can I say? It does the job well. Keeps my water cold for quite awhile. There are a few sizes and colors to choose from, and I have purchased several. I do have to be careful not to drop them as if they fall from a a high place or fall on a hard floor....they can dent, but the bottle does not break. Read more
The straw is a bit hard but it’s worth it - the filter works great and really removes weird taste from the water. I compared to a friend using a regular bottle while at Disney (Florida water tastes weird IMO) and I couldn’t taste a thing. The insulation also works for hours, keeping your water cool. Def recommend. Read more
I've been using the Brita Stainless Steel Premium Filtering Water Bottle for almost 3 years now and have even purchased a second one due to how impressed I am with its performance. This 20 oz. bottle, in a stylish rose color, has truly elevated my hydration experience. One of the standout features is the double-wall insulation, which keeps my water cold for a full 24 hours. This is particularly beneficial during long workdays or outdoor activities. The activated carbon block filter effectively removes the taste and odor of chlorine, providing crisp and clean-tasting water. It’s important to note that while it significantly improves water quality, it’s not a water purifier. The sustainability aspect is another major plus. By using this Brita bottle, I've significantly reduced my reliance on single-use plastic bottles. Each filter replaces up to 300 standard 16.9-oz. plastic bottles, making it an eco-friendly choice that also saves money in the long run. Replacement filters are easy to find and should be changed every 40 gallons or approximately every two months. The design is both convenient and user-friendly. The easy-sip straw and one-handed push-button lid make drinking on the go effortless. The built-in carrying loop enhances portability, and the leakproof construction ensures I never have to worry about spills in my bag. Overall, the Brita Stainless Steel Premium Filtering Water Bottle is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to enjoy clean, cold water while reducing plastic waste. I highly recommend it, and with the availability of additional filters, maintaining it is a breeze. Read more
It's great for the price. Bottle is durable and keeps water decently cool. My only issue is with the cap design. Because it secures the cap with such a thin amount of plastic, and the handle is attached to the cap, over time it inevitably fails. This one lasted a little less than 2 years and there are no replacement caps I can find. Brita please fix! Read more
No need to get the plastic version when this version exists. *My personal experience after 2 weeks* Insulation on this bad boy is legitimate. I’ll pour fridge cold water into before bed and keep it by my bed side and some nights I don’t need water and it’ll be frigid cold 8-10 hours later and it’s rated for 24hr insulation. No need for ice. Water only. Make sure to keep track of when you start using your filter and replace at 60 days. When you first get a new filter, run lukewarm water gently through it for a least a couple mins, nothing too long. Clean your gear every couple days. It’s nice you have clean things and hygiene is also vitality. I’ll take my filter out and place it on paper towels, standing up to drain while I use soap and water and clean everything else, especially the mouth piece and cap because I’ve seen other reviews of mold build up but that has to be extreme cases, so clean every couple days or whatever; just make sure to clean often. Be careful with the cap. It’s a solid plastic cap, however the spring hinge is also plastic, so I would absolutely advised against any force exerted over a long period of time on the handle to get you more life out of it. I only handle this entire container by picking it up by the sides only; never touch the lid unless I press the button to open. I also use my pointer finger to place behind the cap on the hinge, so when the cap snaps back on open, I reduce the swing angle to again conserve on longevity. If you start swinging this thing around solely by the handle, I don’t see it lasting long. Buy this thing. It’s awesome, water is always cool and crisp, and it’s actually so fun to use and maintain this thing that I been drinking so much more water. 9/10 - would be perfect score, but more development is needed on the cap because a plastic hinge isn’t sturdy and lasting in my opinion. I can really taste a difference in my sink water when I use this new filter. It’s a big step up from the original one which was good years ago. I’ve been using brita for a while now and enjoy the new design. I recommend putting a reminder in your phone to go off every 1-2 months so you can actually get good use out of it and please use hot water and soap people. Read more
I bought this bottle in June 2024, and it has not disappointed me. As long as you keep it clean and wash it regularly, you won’t have any issues with mold. The top works well, and I haven’t experienced any problems. It consistently keeps my water cold and tasting fresh. Overall, I would say it’s a good investment. Read more
