Versatile and Delicious!!!
I wind up finding myself drawn to this shape pasta and, lately, I've been using it, and only it, in everything. I am obsessed with it, haha. Bonus that it seems to be on sale quite often these days. Of course, there are more expensive brands of pasta and even homemade, but this gets the job done very nicely, even for special occasions. It looks great, tastes great, has great texture, and, yes, it actually cooks to a perfect al dente in 11 minutes. It outshines elbow macaroni and truly elevates mac and cheese/macaroni salad to the next level. It also complements any sauce, even your best Sunday gravy. Very high quality and useful in pasta salads. It is all one color, however. It is not the tricolor pasta with carrot, spinach, etc. as coloring. It is versatile for use in many pasta dishes and I will reorder. Read more
