Easy install. Works great
Living in a hard water area and having most of the water appliances stop only a few years after installing, I’m glad to discover a way to protect the bidet. Also glad that this filter works with other brands of bidets. I’m using it on a Toto with a Toto adapter. It installs very easily without tools. I would say a must if you are concerned with protecting your investment. Read more

I purchased two of these filters for two different types of bidets. The one I had no issues with attaching the filter on the other bidet. The threads on the filter were not made correctly and stripped as I was putting it on the bidet. Other than that have no issues Read more
Quality appears excellent
I have purchased several varied brands or makes of bidet filters over the years - - some less expensive than this brand. Curious, I finally sawed (they're harder to cut through than first impressions would lead you to believe) through Brondell and a less expensive brand. The difference, to say the least, astounded me (Picture: Brondell left and brand X right). The Brondell filter has what appears to be a packed charcoal mix inside; the less expensive brand was, for all intents and purposes, a hollow tube. The hollow tube had some sort of material ringing the inside and attached to the tube, but the center was nothing more than a donut hole. I'm not sure what this would filter, maybe a marble or golf ball?? In my view, it was well worth the extra dollars for the Brondell - - I want a filter that truly will filter the sediment, not allow it through only slowly to kill my bidet. Read more
Keeps my drinking water fresh.
Works as advertised.....difficult to put into my fridge. This is the fault of the maker of my fridge as it's at the bottom near the floor ......not helpful for elderly people. Read more
Important to have a filter
Bought a Brondell Bidet, didn’t know a filter is needed to keep the unit from damage. Luckily the unit was still under warranty. So cost to repair was bearable. Brondell recommended a filter to be installed when I got it back. Works like a charm and easy to install. Protect your investment it’s worth the money. Read more
Over priced
The filter is of good quality but over priced. Due to repeated orders, I did an online search and found that the same item is sold for half the price direct from Bondell. And a 3 pack costs the same. It's much more affordable from the store, even if you pay a shipping fee. Free shipping is available for order over $100. Read more
