First I ordered 8.5, which was small in size, then I ordered 9 size. However, I just noticed the strap on one side of shoe is broken. Had to return again. Overall for price shoes are OK. Insole is not soft. Update: So I ordered replacement and received left side size 8.5 and right side size 9. The customer representative (MAY) reached out to me to send one free shoes, so I selected brown Sneakers (last picture). These sneakers delivered in few days. They are very comfortable, soft insole and stylish. Personally I love those sneakers more than the Ankle Boots. Changing from 3 stars to 5 stars only because of their amazing customer service. These boots appear fashionable, but they certainly have a "cheap" feel to them once worn. They're relatively loose feeling around the edges of your feet, so I'd recommend inserting a gel insole to make up for the additional space. Do this WITHOUT removing the manufacturers insoke, as it feels super glued to the boots, so I would not recommend removing them as you typically are instructed. Other than that, this polyurethane shell cam typically scratch easily, so I highly recommend buying a boot wax and getting them coated immediately to improve durability. Read more
