This is an update to my review. I first gave them one star and a rather scathing review as seen below; however, within days of publishing the seller offered me a full refund and an apology. At this point, while it is an inconvenience for me to rewire them to work, I am such a fan of the oh so rare, wonderful customer service that I'm now giving them a five-star rating. Product was inferior, yes, but their customer service? Impressive. You just don't see customer service like this anymore. Bravo. I bought three pairs of these and, sadly, it was too long ago for me to return them. They're pretty and all, but the second one I put up wouldn't come on. Tried it two more times thinking, surely, it was I who was the problem. No, it was not I. Tried another one. No. Put the old fixture back up and it came on just as it should. Thoroughly frustrated, I tried a FOURTH fixture and that one worked. So, to recap........I have installed four fixtures or attempted to, rather, and only two have worked. I suppose I'll have to take them apart to see what the wiring issue is, but I really don't feel like I should have to do that to BRAND NEW fixtures. Do not buy. Read more
