The cat mug is absolutely adorable! I love how it has a kitty face on the bottom. It has many cute details that you don't notice at first. As you can see in my pictures, the manufacturer put a lot of attention into the details of the mug. The mug warmer is also a part of the attention to detail. It comes with a removable silicone cover that has a hole in the center just large enough for the bottom of the kitty mug to fit into. There are three temperature settings; 149°F, 131°F, and 113°F. There's also an option to use auto shut-off for a designated timeframe. I haven't used this option, so I can't speak to it's functionality. I can speak to how well it keeps my coffee and tea warm. On 149°F, it holds my full cup of coffee quite warm. As my cup gets lower, the coffee temperature gets hotter, so a decrease in mug warmer temperature is necessary. I've only used the warmer with ceramic mugs, with and without the silicone sleeve covering the full hotplate. I've had both the mug and mug warmer for approximately six months and both have held up very well. I wash the lid by hand, the mug and spoon go into the dishwasher, and the mug warmer is wiped down with a wet cloth or Lysol wipe. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Read more

The Bsigo Coffee Mug Warmer & Cute Cat Mug Set does exactly what it’s supposed to do — it keeps coffee warm, and it does it well. Plus, the cat mug is absolutely adorable, which makes it even more enjoyable to use. There are a couple of small downsides. The lip of the mug is pretty small, which makes it a bit awkward to drink from at times. Also, while the warmer offers about three heat settings (which I appreciate), you have to cycle through all the temperature levels to turn it off, which isn’t the most convenient design. Overall, it’s a cute, functional set that works well once you get used to it. A few design tweaks would make it perfect. Read more

I ove this particular kitty cat mig and warmer. It will brew a cup of tea, quickly! ☺️ The warmer can and has multiple uses for also, such as a a candle warmer! although the warmer is not set for 212 deg F. (That would be bad.) Read more

Good quality mug. Not cheap ceramic that chips when you look at it. And absolutely adorable in my office. One word of caution: the heating pad has a very sensitive touch on/off button. When picking it up to move it, grasp the sides so you don't accidentally turn it on. It burns pretty hot. I use the lowest setting only and it keeps the liquid piping hot. Love this mug! Read more
