This item is very beautifully made. The texture is very soft and it has a good weight. It’s not real thin. It’s not see-through. My unhappiness with this item is that where in the picture the colors show a green tint mine came with a blue turquoise tint. I am not fond of turquoise so I’m contemplating returning it but at the same time I am considering keeping it because it is one of the few kaftans I have ever ever seen no matter who the maker is or seller, but it comes with pockets, which I adore. I am a tall woman. This kaftan fit is to my ankles which is perfect for me. It is not cut too low at the top. The fabric is thin as most are but you cannot see through the dark colors. It's a good buy. I plan on buying another one from this brand. Read more

This is a fun and lightweight caftan! I use it as a house dress. I would absolutely wear it out, but it's way too big to do that. I'm 5'4", 142 lbs, wear an 8, and it's huge on me. I know it's one size, but I'd say it probably fits a someone who's a size 12 - 20 better. If you're a 10 or smaller, it will swallow you. As someone who was bigger and one size fits all dresses never worked, this actually would, so it's a great option for the plus size ladies! The fabric is not natural (expected), but it is soft, smooth, and silky. I'm only dissapointed that it's so large that I can't wear it out. Read more
