This top is really cute, and it fits comfortably. The strings for gathering up the front are REALLY long, so I had to make a double bow just to get them looking alright. I might shorten them. You do need to gather the front up at least a little bit, because otherwise the stitch pattern of the knit fabric in the middle is different from the rest (so it would look like you have a line up the middle of you). This crochet top is super versatile, working great as either a beach cover up or just a cute casual top. I'm a size 8 and usually wear a small or medium. I got this in a small and really like how it fits. The drawstring feature is great because you can adjust it way more than what the pictures show, letting you pull it up higher if you want. The V-neck is a bit deeper than I would like but still stays tasteful. I have a similar top like this in cream and love it! Its perfect to wear out on the town or to a concert because you can adjust your sexiness with the pull strings!! When I saw this in black - I had to have it! I got my normal size large and it fits great. I will say that it's not as soft as my other one, but its not scratchy either, its fine. Read more

This is a nice top and is exactly as described. It looks sure worn over a swimsuit or crop to. The front can be lengthened a bit but it is still a shorter top. I think this could also be worn over sleeveless dresses. It’s pretty soft and feels nice on my skin. I will definitely lay flat to dry as to not shrink or distort the sweater. Read more
