I would have given five stars for the quality, but at a $31 price point, you can get comparable pants locally at a local outlet for $20. I was on the hunt for some comfy pants and stumbled upon these. When they arrived, the fabric was a lot thicker and heavier than I expected. I was thinking they'd be light and summery, but they're definitely more like a lightweight sweatpant material. They are incredibly soft, though, and perfect for lounging around the house. I did notice a weird sharp vinegar-like smell right out of the package, but it completely disappeared after the first wash. The fit is pretty good, but I would suggest sizing up if you want a looser, more comfortable feel. The pants have a wide, high-waisted elastic band and a drawstring, so you can easily adjust them. I really love all the pockets, especially the cargo pockets on the side. The length is cropped, hitting right around my ankles, and there's a cute tulip-hem detail that makes them look a bit more stylish than your average pair of sweats. Overall, I'm really happy with these. They feel like an elevated, more elegant version of sweatpants. You can easily dress them down for running errands or dress them up a bit with different shoes. I won't say these wide-leg palazzo pants are particularly flattering on me, but they are so comfortable. The waist is comfortable and has a drawstring. The pants are wide leg and less fitted than what I'm used to. The back is kind of saggy and unflattering, but the legs are so comfortable. They are a great color and the little split tulip hem on the leg makes me keep coming back for more. The length is good (I'm 5'8") and they wash well, with no noticeable shrinkage. I liked these palazzo harem pants. First of all they are a GREAT color with the blue gray shade they're in. They're also lightweight (but not too much so) and also comfortable to wear. The material is soft but also has a slight structure to it so I'd probably rate the softness as a 4 out of 5. The pockets are slightly lower than normal and more of a patch pocket than a regular pocket directly below your hipbones. I think the harem style wide leg is cute. I only wish they were a tiny bit longer and note that I'm on the shorter side at 5' 4.5". I ordered a size small and it fit me great and I thought the pants were super comfy. I weigh 118 pounds.
