I’ll be honest I probably should have size down. So I would say that they run a little big. They have quite a stretchy band in the back and give you a lot of extra room which I am not complaining about. It leaves the front flat with kind of a pleated design. Honestly, I am doing my best here to be nice when I say I think I look horrible in it here. I don’t think this is very flattering of a design on me. Also, I think the cut is off because when you size up with a waist, it doesn’t necessarily mean the legs need to be tripled. I do understand this is supposed to be a baggy cut, but it just seems larger than it needs to be. It does seem to hit at the right spot on the shoe, which is nice and that’s the best thing that I can say. I really dislike when pants are too short and then when you sit down, they pull up higher and you can see the my whole ankle. So in other words, the positives are a nice relaxed waist, great length and nice soft fabric while the negatives are a pleated front and extra wide legs even wider than they should be for larger sizes. The fit is slightly loose, there is a side zip and elastic backing. I easily pulled them on without unzipping. They are good fit in the waist sitting comfortably as a high waist, however the hip and thigh area is beyond loose its straight up baggy. They are very wrinkled and as someone who is 5'11" they are very short for me hitting above the ankle. the material is heavier than expected, but seems to be good quality. The black has an undertone to it and not a hardcore black black, so matching with a black top may be hard, but really pops against turquoise beautifully.
