I might have been sold a used product. Sweater is rather floppy but I decided to keep it. I washed it and it blends nicely with most of my jeans, casual skirts, cargos, and other wear. I'll get a lot of use from this sweat. Too much trouble to return it. It's soft, fits well, true to size, nice quality for the price. I recommend if it's not used. New sweater might be firm.
