Very nice!

I got this for my boyfriend and he loves it. It can hold like 4 bottles of cleaners that he uses for detailing I thought it would be a cool idea to hold bottles of spray cleaners he’d need and I was right! It’s cute and durable and it’s a good size for anyone I’m shorter and it also fits me well! Read more

Solid product

I like my apron. It fits nice has lots of pockets and is comfortable to wear for extended periods. I was wearing it the other day in the garage where the temperature got into the upper 90's in the late afternoon. I had a fan going, but I wasn't always standing in front of it. When I took off the apron, my shirt was not drenched in sweat. Finding the right fit, i.e. adjusting the straps, was not too difficult. Yeah, it took a second person to see that the straps were done right, but the final adjustment has given me a comfortable fit. I'm only about 5'-6" and I have a pooch, but the apron didn't feel awkward and I don't have to reposition it all the time. It stays put. The padded straps over the shoulders are comfortable and contribute to the ease of extended wear. I gave the apron 5 stars for durability but that's only a perception. I haven't had it long enough to know how long it can last. But I can say that the fabric and the stitching are not thin. It seems to be a really well made apron and I look forward to many years of usefulness. Read more

A good apron at a fair price.

CRMarch 19, 2015✓ Verified purchase

Executive summary: - Tough, well made, thoughtfully designed apron - Perfect length for woodworking - The padded, over the shoulder straps are an excellent feature - More pockets than you may ever need (yeah, so they hold wood chips. So would mesh. Not really a big deal.) - An excellent choice at a very reasonable price - Merits a 4 star or excellent rating (5 stars are hard to get to from me.) I had wanted an apron for use in my woodshop for a long time, but I just never find the right mix of quality for my engineer's brain, toughness for my clumsy mistakes, and cheapness because I'm a hobby woodworker and, for some reason, we are all so cheap that we'd rather read reviews for 10 hours to make sure a $20 apron is worthwhile. Well, let me save you some time: buy this apron. If you got this far, you already want it, so pull the trigger. You'll love it. The fabric is heavy enough to be tough, and light enough that it doesn't trap heat and make you sweat more. The length is perfect, in my opinion. Some people seem to want something that looks more like a ball gown, though I don't understand why. (Get a blacksmith's or a welders apron if you want to dance, dance, dance.) This apron can be worn with pants, shorts, and possibly chaps without worrying about it causing any problems. (Haven't tried chaps yet. Hmm....) The stitching is well done and the pockets are well thought out, but what really makes this one stand out are the straps. I love the padded, over the shoulder design. (Btw, if you find yourself unable to figure them out, you really need to get out of the woodshop until you sober up. That's just a bad idea.) Yes, the pockets will hold wood chips. It's really not a big deal. Bottom line, this is a great option at a good price and will serve you well. Cheers! Read more

I've had this for three months with moderate use and there is a hole in one of the pockets already. Other than that, I like the fit. Read more

Bucket Boss and A Clean Home

Ross du ClairSeptember 3, 2015✓ Verified purchase

Okay, let's make something really clear: I am not "Tim The Tool Man." I didn't get the Bucket Boss for building things. I really like a clean house, and I like cleaning it. But, I didn't like lugging around the two plastic boxes of rags, liquid cleaners, tooth brushes, scrubbing brushes, and...stuff. I thought, "how great would be if I could carry the things I use most often in a shop apron?" Yea, well, great idea, but most aprons are for cooking pies, or carrying screws and nails. Way too light, and stuff falls out when I bend over. They tie around the waist with a piece of string. Not good. I looked at real carpenter's work aprons; Lots of pockets, but way more rugged, and heavy, than I needed. I found the Bucket Boss: now here was the compromise I was looking for. It's light, lots and lots of pockets, fits great (I'm 6', 205 lbs), and my cleaning tools don't fall all over the place when I bend over. The shoulder pads work very well at distributing the load evenly on my shoulders. The waist strap is wide with a very handy click-together buckle. I am enthusiastic about my Bucket Boss. The quality is very good and the price is terrific. It would probably work really well for gardening. Read more

All Instructors will be getting one!

GJNDMDFebruary 21, 2025✓ Verified purchase

I have had this apron/tool bag for four years now. I wore it one night to the Fine Woodworking Class I am an instructor at Servant's Heart Ministry in Paterson, N.J. All of the other instructors liked it, so it was decided that we all should get one. Very comfortable, adjustable, plenty of pockets and very well made. I'd easily recommend you try it out.
