Do NOT purchase! Both tumblers are broken and the seller refuses to replace them. The machine leaks when juicing! I submitted photos still with no resolution. The seller told me to cut my fruit up smaller, and don't fill the chute with fruit - only add a few small pieces at a time AND to leave the juice valve open. THIS IS 100% contrary to how I should be able to use the machine. They highlight the large chute and the valve being opened AFTER the chute is full. The refuse to replace or refund. I am now a masticating man. 😂 With a regular juicer, cleanup motivated me to stop juicing. With this masticating juicer, cleanup is seconds, which help me to make multiple juices. It’s quiet, convenient, and fast. The only small issue I had was locking it in. (Reading truly is fundamental). Just make sure to open the lid first, twist, and close the lid to lock it into place. *It will not start if you do not do this properly.* All in all, 5/5. Highly recommend. Read more
