This is a great sponge for exfoliating your body. However, I would not recommend for your face. Even the sensitive version is too abrasive for your face. It felt like I was scratching my face with it, although there were never any visible scratches. I did not want to risk any breakouts or ruining my skin barrier so I discontinued using on my face, my arm pits and bikini area love it! Read more

Ihave used these on my face and I like the way my skin feels afterward. They are on the rougher side of you aren't careful. I got used to the feel really quickly. I am bedbound and don't get to shower daily. I use these on my body to help exfoliate. It feels great, especially on my back. Quality is good. One lasts months. It fits perfectly in my hand. If you know you know. Same quality as when it first came out many moons ago. You'd be disgusted thinking after you washed your face and then used this, how much more dead skin and didn't you pick up. I also recommend using it around your neck and throat. It really does clean and your skin looks amazing.
