Everyone has heard the saying, you get what you pay for, and this is no exception to that statement. I tried three different vendors of wide belts and this is by far a huge improvement in material, finish and craftsmanship. Note that the edges of the belt are rounded so it slides through the belt loops easily without creating an abrasion which could potentially cut through the Belt loop fabric. Also note that the belt has nine adjustment holes which are elongated and finished within which makes the connection easily engaged. I have been looking for a thick, heavy duty, and at least 1.75 inch carry belt that has a classic look to it. This was ultimately what I chose for the simple fact that it was everything I was looking for and the overwhelmingly positive reviews it had. As soon as I took it out of the package and had it in hand I knew I chose the right belt. It’s thick, feels heavy duty and looks and feels like quality! It doesn’t feel like a cheap belt or a belt that’s going to crack or stretch out after a few months of use. As of right now I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase, I plan on doing a follow up review after a few months so I can report back if it has stretched out or the holes have stretched or blown out, or if it has started to crack and feel like it’s going to fall apart. Somehow I don’t see any of that happening. This belt is super thick, feels great, is definitely heavy duty, the hardware on it is great, the leather looks and feels amazing, and the coloring is really awesome. These are the best 1.75" belts on the market bar none. I wore a black one for about a month and then bought a Brown one. I ride motorcycle and like to wear a belt that helps support my back and these fit the bill. They look good, the belt buckle doesn't cut into my tummy and since I followed their instructions on how to determine size it worked for me. Read more

This is a handsome sturdy belt. I am glad to have found a 100% (excluding buckle and grommets) leather belt that has not been stitched together from several pieces. Seems the other kind always wears out. I expect this one to last a very long time. Read more
