This is the only one I could find that offers an extra-small size. All the other ones are either one size fits all (it doesn't) or go down to a small size that is 9-11 inches. My arm size is 7 inches. The brace is comfortable and is not bulky. The strap edge is smooth and finished, so it does not scratch my arm. It does not attract lint like other ones. I thought the bullseye part might make my arm sore, but it didn't. It immediately relieved my pain! I started out with it a little looser and gradually tightened it up. Ordered a second one. This strap is not designed well. While it is soft silicone it is not prominent enough to apply pressure adequately to the intended forearm muscle to relieve strain off the tendon, which is what these are supposed to do. IMHO as a physician, there are much better and effective products out there. If it worked for you great, but this is a poor design to treat actual tennis or golfer's elbow. Read more
