I’ve been using Bunn coffee makers for over 40 years, starting with my parents. Never disappointed. Each one we’ve had has lasted for years. We upgraded, with this one, which is why the new one. Product works as it should, however, if your not going to include the decanters with the actual coffee maker(and yes it’s at the very end of the description that it’s not included) at least don’t show them in the pictures. Kind of misleading. Read more
