Really love this floss. There was a shipping error when I ordered but I submitted a complaint and was contacted immediately. I'm just happy the company quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. The product itself is great. I alternate between this and cocofloss and I decided I like this one better because it's black and I am a results driven person. This floss doesn't tear easily, which is nice, but it frays very easily. When I loop this around my back molars and start to slide it, it easily snags on a tooth edge and starts to shred, leaving strands in my teeth. Read more
