This Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer perfectly combines the features of a minty, moisturizing chapstick and a rich lipstick. Unlike many of the tinted lip balms on the market that have more faded pigments, this Lip Shimmer has a full, deep color, and the Plum shade that I chose easily rivals the rich burgundy pigment of a full-on lipstick.
