Bushnell has been in the range finding business for a long time. These rangefinders are always more accurate than the cheaper options out there. Sure this is not cheap. doesnt have a gps on the side or do any of those other crazy features, but i have a phone for that. The quality is top notch, always hits the mark and is super easy to use. Just make sure to download the app as it makes changing settings easy and gives wind direction on the course you choose. For anyone having issues with the slope not working, make sure to turn off the MyBag feature. That overrides the basic slope function as its trying to apply foresight club data. Disable this and it should go back to working. I was about to throw this thing out the window until I downloaded the app and looked at the settings. Now I will never buy another rangefinder brand again, unless they add a subscription! Read more

This replaced my old Bushnell rangefinder that I left on the cart on a recent round. I’ve only had the 2 Bushnell rangefinders and can say they are built like tanks and the distances are spot on. It adjusts for slope and this version has a phone integration feature that I have not tried yet. I have used friends rangefinders before replacing my lost unit and can say they don’t usually have the build quality of the Bushnell. I get it, they are pricey, but you really do get what you pay for and unless you have a senior moment like me they will outlast 3 of the cheaper units. A perfect example of “buy once, cry once”. Good luck out there! Read more

I play golf a lot and have tried a bunch of my buddies range finders, of many brands. This is the best range finder I've seen, so I bought it. I've been super happy with it. It's super clear and I can see if my ball is on the green from 200+ yards away easily. It works both with slope turned on and off, so it's tournament legal. My one problem is the magnetic BITE isn't as strong as I'd like, so it does fall off the cart occasionally when we hit a big bump. Read more

First, I don’t write reviews very often, and I’m am not paid or provided any incentives. Too many reviews today are bogus in my opinion. Rewards, product giveaways, etc. brainwash the truth. I bought a CaddyTalk Cube directly from CaddyTalk based on Google reviews. There is no way if the “truth be told” that the reviews could have compared the Cube to this Bushnell. The Cube was all over the place picking up ranges on other holes, even squirrels sitting next to the green. Yardages were a complete hope and guess. This Bushnell is quick, clear, and reliable and is way less work to get an accurate reading that I have confidence in. Little heavier, bigger, solid - YEP, but if you’re riding in a cart who cares. I’d rather have an accurate reading that I have confidence in. Read more

Although the build quality is excellent, this rangefinder fails in the field because: (a) it is too heavy, (b) the device rarely locks onto the target and thus constantly gives bad readings, (c) the button to shot the laser is too strong (heavy) and causes the device to jump when you shoot, it's nearly impossible to operate correctly, (d) the battery is not rechargeable, (e) it is really expensive and is a poor value for the money considering it's spotty performance in the field. I've used other golf rangefinders and trust me, this is NOT what you are looking for. I would return the item, but Amazon doesn't allow returns for electronics that are best suited as heavy door stops. Read more

Just received the Pro X3+ and the red LEDs were partially not working. Parts of it were dimmed and other parts very bright. The black LED worked fine, and no issues with Bluetooth app connection for wind, the rangefinder auto connected each time I launched the app and hit the power button. Seems the quality control on this is poor, or I somehow got a refurb or defective return? Called Customer service and they said a replacement was not possible so I had to start a return process and purchase another one. Fingers crossed the next one is good! Also after testing this Pro X3+ on the course the yardage is pretty fast and accurate compared to my friend's unit, and also tested against a Leupold GX5. The connection with the app was pretty quick and I never lost connection, unless you don't have the app running then the connection is lost but as soon as you launch the app it connects pretty quick. The one thing Bushnell should have done is to link with the app GPS instead to give you front/middle/back readings which to me is way more useful than the wind direction or speed. Bushnell if you're reading this please update the firmware to use GPS! Read more
