I got this to replace an identical one that I lost after more than a year of use, so what your looking at is 1-2 years of usefulness for under $10 at which point you'll need to upgrade to something slightly bigger/more firm. Don't use with silicone based lubricants, either use the lightest water based lubricant you can find or don't use one at all (I would recommend using lubricant if you are starting out, don't hurt yourself it'll ruin the experience).
