This is a soft, absorbent towel and the embroidery was great, nice and large and well done. Washes well, shrunk a little, but that’s okay because it’s a large towel, still. I’m not disappointed, (and I thought I would be.). He loved it. His own over-sized bath towel with his name on it. Best of all, it came more quickly than they said, in time for our anniversary. I don't review many items or companies but had to write this. I ordered 2 personalized towels for my son and his fiancé for Christmas. They shipped promptly however, the USPS screwed up the delivery and returned to sender. As upsetting as this was, the company who created the towels were amazing to deal with! I was hoping for a bit better quality of a towel but they weren't terrible for the price paid. The embroidery was beautiful and exactly as they were ordered and on time. I thought the towels would be bigger but they're large enough. If you're looking for a "bath sheet" this is more of a large bath towel and that's about it.
