I wanted to expand my USB Ports on the front side of my Mini computer (so I didn't have to pull everything out to access the rear USB ports). I did not intend to carry this hub around so I used two sided tape and mounted it to the Mini. My DYI hack was to cut off the USB-C to USB-A dongle so that I could use it in the front USB-C port (if necessary) and moved it out of the way of the rear USB-A port. The hub is plug and play (immediate recognition). I tested my cordless mouse/keyboard receiver in the new hub ports and the USB-C dongle and they worked perfectly. I just received and setup the hub so I will report back if I encounter any problems. One minor nitpick: I know a lot of users like the longer cord for use with laptops, etc., but for my purposes (semi-permanent mounting), I wish they sold a shorter cord model. Read more

I recently purchased the BYEASY USB Hub with 4 Ports and 2ft Extended Cable, and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. The delivery was so fast. The packaging was also good. My laptop only has two USB ports, so when I plug in my mouse, I can only plug in one more device. With this USB HUB, I can plug in my card reader and USB drive. Affordable, no problem per USB port, the mouse response speed is also good. Cable works well, the transmission speed is fast, the material is good, resistant to pull. If you need extra ports that your laptop, MAC or PC, this USB HUB is great. This is also a nice USB HUB if you want all your devices to connect to the side of your laptop or MacBook. In September, IOS13.1 will face to the MKT, it seems that will work with external devices like card readers etc for iPad pro. I am waiting for IOS13.1. Highly recommended! I've spent a lot of time browsing the Amazon for the ultimate splitter that wasn't generic. There are a usb-c and a usb-a plugs. Not to mention, you can put this in the front or the back. Though, I'd suggest placing it behind the computer for a cleaner set up. The cord length adds maybe 20 inches to your devices, which is good. Instead of potentially ruining the wire with sharp curves of the cord, you can plug them into this, and let them lay as is, without the worry of cord tear. Probably one of the better splitter's out in (Amazon) market, and not many people use it. Probably the only splitter that allows power consumption control, too.
