This bag is the perfect size for my gym workouts.. I easily holds my gloves, a small towel and my water bottle. I could even put shoes in it, but it would be a little cramped.. I'm going to Ireland in a few months and wanted a "day pack" to take with me site seeing that wasn't big and bulky (like a back pack) but that would hold my phone, small back-up charger, tissues, water bottle, etc., and would have a little room for small souvenir purchases. This fits the bill perfectly. I don't like to take a purse on travel and tours---big purses are "old lady-ish" and they attract more attention from would-be thieves than a small duffle like this. Great! Its easy to clean in case of spills, the shoulder strap is very nice and comfortable, the pockets are a massive help!
