I just put it together, and it's really well-made. It's not one of the cheaper (less-expensive, or quality wise) ones on the market. The piece that goes under the mattress and inserts into the upright tee-shaped piece was malformed on one side and I had to man-handle it with some high-leverage pliers to reshape it. Other than that- all good! The assembly instructions are good (and even large enough to read comfortably). The part about the strap is sort-of thrown together, so requires a little problem-solving to understand. But whoever designed this did a very good job, even if manufacturing and QA aren't 100% (and practically can't be at an affordable price). Read more

Bed Rail is not as stable as I hoped it would be. When my brother would try to use it to stand up it would lean forward on him. It is Easy to use and adjust but unless you have an elderly person with decent balance I would think about something more stable. Maybe if you have a heavy mattress it would help.
