This is a genuinely solid little cable management box. I was honestly expecting “decorative but useless,” but it actually does the job. It fit two fully loaded Amazon Basics power strip surge protectors side by side, snug but not forced. Cords route cleanly through the openings without bending or fighting you, and the lid still closes properly. It has a surprising weight to it for a wicker basket type box, feels "all there" and quality. The rattan look is nice without screaming “I bought this to impress guests.” It looks intentional, not like you hid a mess under a basket out of shame. Build quality is better than expected. It feels sturdy, not flimsy craft-store nonsense, and it doesn’t flex when you move it. Ventilation is fine. Nothing inside gets hot, even with everything plugged in and drawing power. Works well under a desk or next to a router setup where you want things accessible but not visually offensive. I absolutely love this box! Full disclosure, I'm actually using it to disguise a wand vibrator that plugs into a wall so it's only managing one cable. This is such a tidy way to store it! This is really really nice. As stated by others it's not real rattan but it sure looks like it! (And real rattan tend to get dusty, so a plus, because electronics also attract dust). It's a good solution to the tangled wire eyesore that really gets on some of our last nerves. Glad i got it. I had to buy a long skinny power strip as my block did not sit flat inside of it. I have several gizmo’s to secure cables and camouflage their presence. But I was not aware of what a difference hiding the surge strip would make. This looks like a straw basket. However, It is plastic coated material which is stronger. I have two in the black, with many chords going out each side. So far, I have not had problems with it turning over, but all of my cables and cords are secured to the wall going in. Makes the space look more restful… less eye clutter. Read more
