Sized to be worn on your wrists, unless you have tiny feet. If you wear these on your ankles and stomp around, obviously they are more likey to break. However, these were packed well; together in a thick plastic zip bag inside a fitted cardboard box, inside padded envelope. I tried to take a video of how they sound but it was a challenge lol.
