I used to make full moka pots, and we were constantly throwing away leftover coffee, such a waste. We’re Cuban, and we love our coffee. For me, I wish this was a bit more intense, but it’s still very good and full of flavor. It even produces a nice layer of foam (espumita) on top, which I absolutely love. The best part is being able to make quick espresso shots without a lot of hassle, even when we’re in a hurry. This is an intensity 11, and it pairs very well with milk with coffee (café con leche) as well. I’ll definitely be buying these again. Totally recommend!
