I learned to use a foot stool when I took classical guitar lessons in college. Now that I'm older, it is simply more comfortable to use when I practice. Very sturdy and easy to adjust. Exactly as pictured and described. Happy with this purchase. Read more
Seems well made. Height Adjustment goes from 4.5 to 8 inches measured at center of pedal. Foot rest itself is 10 inches long and just under 3 7/8 inches wide. Does not slide with foot on it even though it is light in weight. Makes playing a guitar upright more comfortable instead of leaning forward. Collapses down to just over half inch high and 11 inches long. Well worth the money. Read more
Excellent and stable foot rest. I use it while playing my Doublebass in my orchestra. I have 2. One for my job in the Philharmonic and another for practicing at home. I like the height adjustment up to 7”. Some doublebass players us a yoga block which is flat but I like the tilted angle of this excellent foot stool. I use it for my left foot on the Cahaya, and the right foot on the floor. Read more
I saw the mostly good reviews on this stool and gave it a try. I broke my left leg and ankle a while back and have had to play alot sitting down. After about 25-30 hours use, I'd say the stool works well, supporting the weight of my leg and guitar with no problem, so far. It has rubber feet that are fit for bare floors and doesn't slip at all. The construction seems a bit shoddy but so far pretty stable. Hence, the 4/5 star review. But overall a very good addition to my guitar gear. Read more

I use it quite often when playing my guitar. I appreciate how solid it is when my size 14 is planted fully on it, no danger of collapse. You do have to wrestle with it a bit to change heights which can be frustrating but, again, no fear of collapse. Read more
