This thing is great. Took me about a half an hour to fill with all my prescriptions and supplements. But the ease of use on the daily? Effing incredible. Can just take out the day's tube and carry it around until I'm ready to take the pills. One side has A written on the cap, which I'm choosing to read as A.M. I loved this pill organizer as soon as I opened it! My family kept commenting that if Apple made a pill holder, this is what their product would look like (the white version). The quality was so nice, and the lids feel like they will last and not snap off (unlike other pill holders). Even thought the white set looks more streamline (like Apple designed it!) I ordered the colorful version, because I am very color-oriented, and I wanted to color-code my days. Each day comes out of the base so easily--it would be so nice to grab one at a time to toss in my purse or a couple to toss in my suitcase for an weekend away. So the portability was an A+ Unfortunately, I had to return the product, simply for the fact that I take too many supplements in a day to fit inside. I take about 10 in the morning and 10 in the night, and I just couldn't fit them well. However, if you are taking 5-6 pills/supplements in the morning, and the same in the evening, you should be fine! The holders are bigger than the average holder, and I LOVE that they are split by morning and afternoon. Overall, this product was great, I just had to give it four stars simply for the fact that it didn't work for me and my supplement needs, based on how many I take in a day. Read more

As a Geriatric Nurse Consultant, my clients with hand dexterity issues have had success with this medication organizer. It was used for a weekly pill organizer instead of monthly, starting with Sunday and filling until Saturday moving across the 7 rows. Then each row has four pill 'bottles' that were utilized for am, noon, evening and bedtime doses. Flip it over and fill for the following week. The lids pop open with easy thumb action and stay closed after pressing down on the lid. Great alternative for people who can't manipulate their fingers to reach inside a small pill box, or have neuropathy and can't feel the pills in the traditional organizer. Read more

This fits perfectly on my new desk shelf which is about half the size of my old desk area and the fact that it's for a full month and so easy to both refill plus use daily makes it a great value. The holder is sturdy and the daily units so far are both easy to use. Read more
