Excellent quality in stainless steel. Nice heavy gauge pot. I love the measurement markings on the inside so I can easily fill to the amount needed for the recipe. The lid has a strainer feature built in which is great for straining pasta. Even temperature during cooking. Lighter than my porcelain on cast iron cooking set. Easy to clean, I like to use baking soda or Bar Keepers Friend for non-scratch removal of any cooked-on food. Worth the investment. Works great on an electric induction range. Read more
