The ‘non-stick’ coating isn’t really non-stick; my onions and cucumbers still stick to the sides of the knife as I’m cutting. I do also worry that as the knives get ‘sharpened’ every time they are put in the block, when will this constant sharpening start to scrape off the non-stick coating?
