One had a seam on the underarm that was a little missed up. But, I trimmed up the loose threads and since it is under the arm it isn't noticeable. But, should have been caught by quality control. I've never been able to buy off the rack. My shoulders are too big and I end up swimming in oversized shirts with extra material. I've tried numerous 'slim-fit' designs as well, but those have never looked right on me. I'm 5'10" @ 180lbs, which never seems to be the proper weight/dimensions for a "slim" shirt. Calvin Klein, however, has apparently taken the mold of my body and designed a shirt around it. Their 16.5" neck x 34" sleeve is Perfect!
