I'm around a 34-35 waist so I ordered the Medium (34-36) version of this belt. It was way too tight on the first belt hole and it was a struggle to fasten, so I exchanged for a Large (38-40), which fits me perfect. The belt looks great, functions well, and best of all, the buckle is quiet - most belts with plated fronts are very loud and clangy when you put on or remove them, but this one is almost silent.
