Not thick but not thin either. Warmth is just right for me. The color is homey but the overlock stitching of the pillowcase opening and the hem on one side of the flat sheet isn’t pretty at all. Makes the item look half finished. The flat sheet wrinkles easily so it’s not a pretty sight when you make up the bed in the morning. But once the bed is made up and the sheet laid flat, it doesn’t look so bad. Read more

If the color is what you want, this set is great, albeit a bit expensive. The color is much lighter than the picture. For the other colors listed in this listing (at least the ones i have compared) the colors are pretty close to what you will get. This dark chocolate is more of a very light mocha ---- edit update I recently ordered the Plum color, excellent sheet set and the color is accurate in the pictures. Read more

I received these sheets as a gift. I gave them one star because they are generously sized. The fabric and finish are what is disappointing. After washing in cold water, the sateen finish is gone. These are now just wrinkled cotton sheets. The bag the sheets came in feels nothing like the washed sheets. And who thought it would be a good idea not to hem the pillow cases or top sheet. These sheets are soooo nice! The packaging they come in is great...they're basically in a bag mae of the same material as the sheets with a button closure. The first thing I noticed is that the sheets are lightweight. They'd definitely be nice for summer and warmer nights. They'd be fine the rest of the year, as well, assuming you have a blanket over them. They are VERY soft! The buttery feel is real with these sheets! You can tell they're a higher thread count for sure! The fitted sheet is oversized, so if you have a really tall/thick mattress, it will fit over it without any issues. When it references pearl edging, that apparently means it's a very thin finished edge, like maybe 1-2 mm. Usually the loose sheet has a wide hem on the top, which you fold over the blanket. This does not. I was a little surprised at first, but it doesn't affect anything functionally or from a comfort standpoint. Just mentioning it so it's not unexpected, if you don't know what pearl edging is. I'm really happy with these and would definitely order them again! Read more
