These are exactly what one needs for wrist support. The neoprene inner layer is soft and comfortable and is easy to put on. The outside strap then wraps around the wrist for support you can adjust and modify. The stitching and design is quality, as are the materials. The support can be adjusted from mild to more than you'd want - the fit adjusts easily as you adjust the band. I like that these are comfortable enough to wear during daily activities like typing at the PC or yard work, in addition to workouts. My workout supports are a bit rougher in materials and I find these to be better ad I think I'll start using thee at the gym. The brace works well and fits the wrist nicely, using the base part of the brace. However, the longer piece that you can wrap around over the initial brace is, for my reason for use, irrelevant and just repetitious of the base piece. I just sort of wrap that piece around and out of the way. This may work much better for other people but I realize I should have got a simple wrist support.
