This tent was easy to set up by a 60 year old woman. It withstood hard down pours and wind gusts (Gail in effect) up to 48 mph, sustained winds at 37 mph for 2 days! With the constant storm, there was absolutely no water at the seams, nor on the floors/corners! The zippers seemed sketchy, however, they have withstood multiple set ups and they open/close with ease. It does not zip on itself! It is roomy and the floor seems are solid. I use a foot print inside and under for longevity. So far I am very pleased, I have had MANY tents and this one seems to be a keeper. I strongly advise the purchase of the rain gaurd...there is one specifically made for this tent. I chose to add a tarp uni is my go to, I have many sizes. It offer a little "porch". The poles are carver telescoping option. Exclusively used for years and offers multiple uses. I usually use a canvas yurt, but at my age... I chose an easier option, this tent. Set up was quick (read the directions if you are not familiar with an easy up). The height was no issue (I am only 5ft tall.) Extend one leg at a time and it erects as you go. The four windows allow you to see your sorroundings. It was noisy during the storm, but that is to be expected. I honestly thought it would have shredded, but the guyline fixtures were untouched! Sturdy tent and worth every penny. Read more

Sets up quick and sturdy enough to withstand the elements. Used in wind and rain without any issues. Only downside is that it only fits 4 people comfortably. Description says 4-6 people, but if you put 6 average size adults in the tent there is only enough room for everyone to sleep cramped with no room to get up and exit the tent without stepping over or on other people. Was debating between an inflatable tent and this one, but chose this one because it had a larger internal area for the price. The claim of 60-second time to set it up is an exaggeration if you're only one person like me, but after struggling through an initial set up at home that took about five minutes, I think the next set up will go much faster. Lots of space inside, and I can easily stand throughout most of the tent (I'm 5'9"). The floor material seems a little thin, so I'd recommend using a ground cloth. Lots of windows with mesh, and vents at the top, so ventilation should be excellent. Taking the tent down is fast, but figuring out how to roll it up to fit it back in the bag is a challenge - the instructions offer no guidance about this. There are some videos online that help, but it will take some practice. One big plus is that the bag is substantially larger than the rolled up tent when you first receive it, so even if you don't get it exactly right, you should be able to get it back in the bag, along with the bag that holds the stakes and guy lines. Every other tent I've ever owned, the bag is the minimum size required to fit the tent when rolled up by somebody experienced, and I've never been able to get everything back in the bag again. Can't speak to how waterproof it is, but here in the Southwest that's rarely an issue. Overall, reasonably satisfied with it, especially at the price. Read more

**be sure to unhook the top corner pole hooks when taking down your tent!!** managed to rip a hole in the top corner of the tent because I left all the top corner hooks connected. *no disassemble instructions* (easily my own fault, just here to warn others) Other than that, great tent! easy to set up/take down, not 'too heavy' and perfect size for 1-2 people and still have walking room. Just completed my first camping trip with this tent. A real test - rain, gale force winds and cold temps. The tent was awesome, no water inside tent, great ventilation on the one hot day I enjoyed, very easy to keep warm with a small space heater on the cold days. This is a very functional tent, and I can stand up inside it. Did everything as advertised. Only issue was a torn rope loop on the first trip, maybe user error more than anything else. The tent easily handled 40mph+ wind gusts for two days. Read more

Took this to a camping festival and the third day it rained, nothing was wet inside although it wasn’t a constant downpour it was a fairly heavy rain for about an hour. Easy to put up and take down I’ve timed myself and it was about 5.5 minutes. Highly recommend Read more
