Support is so lacking that it’s not worth the purchase
I’m giving this a mediocre review because of the support for this device. DO NOT LOSE THE USER MANUAL, as once it’s gone there is no way to find a new one, or operating instructions online. I have googled every parameter that I can think of, but I can’t find one that actually works for this model. Now that the memory is full on it, I can’t use it anymore because I can’t go in and delete videos off of it. It’s frustrating. And there isn’t anyway that I can find to contact the manufacturer to try and get one from them. Read more

Had this body cam for a while now. I love its durability, quality of the video, functions and the time length of recording on highest resolution. Not going to get too picky about that. The one thing I dislike very much is the fact that it keeps pausing during my shift at work and I have no clue as to why it does this so often.
