We bought this fan to use on our boat on those hot days, but use it in the house alot too! Keeping a cool home is easy, but when I am doing a work out or cooking for a length of time, I reach for this to get a smooth quiet breeze that keeps me comfortable. The size is small, but the power and ease of use is fantastic! I find that the lower numbers of fan intensity satisfy the need to cool and move air. This fan has direction capability, meaning direction both up and down by moving the blade cage, and it also oscilates with two angles to chose from. It also has lights that shine bright. It is light weight and has a handle for carrying and a hook for hanging. I believe many would find this a good asset for camping or outdoor use, but I love it for indoor use also. Great long lasting fan! We have taken this fan camping, on cruise ships, and other vacation stays and it works great. It has different speed settings and puts out a lot of air. Bought this on a whim and decided to give it a shot. Took it tent camping with me and this worked wonderfully. I’m a light sleeper and this ran very quiet. It was nice having a light breeze on me during the hot summer night as I slept. The remote works great too! Currently, I have the fan on my dining room table and use the remote and have the fan blow a light breeze on me as I eat, read, or work. I actually use this in my bathroom as I don’t have an exhaust fan to help with condensation. I live in AZ so all the water is warm or hot in the summer. Its slim design makes it perfect to sit in the window. Pros - slim design; easy to carry handle; it has 90 degree and 45 degree oscillation so you can select for wide or smaller coverages; multi speeds which are decent; so quiet I left it on all day and didn’t notice. Battery life is ok. Con- my only complaint is that it takes forever to charge this. When I ran it down to zero, it took an entire day to recharge back to 100% (plugged in at regular home outlet). I don’t usually let it get that low but even charging 40-50% takes half a day. Doesn’t seem like it would make sense to use as a camping fan if recharge takes that long. Only gave 4 stars because of the time it takes to charge this small fan. Otherwise happy with how it operates. Read more

I purchased this for camping but actually use it at my bed side. My wife doesn't like ceiling fans, so I use this to target airflow on me while sleeping. It has multiple speed levels, I usually just use it on 2 or 3, but it goes up to 5 I believe, which has pretty good force. Additionally, I can set a timer, so it'll go off after 4 hours of running. I can also hit the "night mode" button which shuts off the lights on it, so it won't glow in the room at night. I use it without a cord as well, meaning I run it nightly just on its battery power alone. I'd say it's pretty efficient, since I probably only charge it every 2 or 3 weeks. It has 2 other features which I don't use as often, that being the light function, which is pretty bright, and the automatic swivel. Those function well too, but I just don't need them as often. I really should buy more of these, because they'd be good to have in my workshop, since the battery life is so good. Read more
