NOT WHAT IS PICTURED
I ordered a set that would come just in time for my camping trip and it is NOT what is pictured yet I paid $30. It is a single set that I would buy for $5. Extremely disappointed. Do not buy. I should have bought from the other company I was looking at. Read more
Nice camping kitchen kit.
We picked this set up for car camping or picnics where we can cook. The kit has all the utensils you really need for cooking, as well as a silverware set. The bag is well put together and should stand up to many adventures. It's not a lightweight kit, so it's not something for backpacking unless you need a workout. The utensils included are fairly well built - not top of the line, but plenty good for camping or a picnic. We wouldn't want to take our best kitchen gear on an adventure like that, it's too easy to break or lose pieces anyway. The utensils are strong enough to stand up to years of occasional use, and you're not afraid to actually USE them. Sharpen the knives before you go, or add a basic sharpener to the kit. Having a dedicated salt/pepper shaker is nice, or you can repurpose them to other spices. The small, closable bottles are great for oil and (for us) soy sauce, though we put them in a zipper bag for a little extra protection against leaks. The BBQ forks are a little flimsy and probably won't hold up, but otherwise we look forward to getting years of use out of the kit. Read more
