Great insulation for camping setups! Used mine on a triple thick raised air mattress in the back of a camping van setup and it was very effective at reflecting and trapping heat. I love air mattresses but they are heat traps and they just seem to suck all of your warmth right off your body and this completely reverses that! I bought this because I live in a very old trailer with absolutely no heating. And we don’t have outlets in the rooms and I fear using an extension cord for a heater so I had to get creative. I used this under some rugs to block out some of the cold because I felt the cold worse on my feet than anywhere else. It helps. Of course it doesn’t make my room hot, but any little bit helps. It is actually really big, I didn’t measure it but I feel like it’s bigger than the measurement said but im not complaining!
