I really like these lighters. I’m sensitive to the smell of matches so these are great as they do not smell at all. They are the perfect size for candles and such but a bit too short for things like gas log fireplaces, fire pits, and bbqs. I thought the flexible neck (for such a short overall length) was a bit gimmicky, but it actually comes in quite handy for candles that are high up or overhead. I’m visually impaired and find it a bit tricky to light candle wicks with this but you figure it out eventually. It makes a more prevalent, sizzling bacon sound as you get to the wick. As I pull the trigger before I’m at the wick, and take some time to find it to ignite it, I was worried about battery life. I’ve been using these quite frequently for over a month and have yet to recharge them. I think these are a fantastic value. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Revolutionary. I think I’m late to the game on this lighter upgrade, but I’m really happy to have found these! I was pretty skeptical of how these were going to work, but the functionality is great! No flicking and flicking a lighter for a flame, or running out of time with a match, these lighters only require a push of the button, and it creates an arc ready to light something up! The design of these is really nice—a great length, light weight, and the bendable arm makes it easy to reach down into a candle or through a grate on a grill, etc. They are also very quiet, I’m not sure how my phone camera picked up on sound in my video, but these lighters make next to zero sound.) The USB rechargeable technology is awesome. I love that I don’t have to refill fuel or batteries. The lights on the unit displays the charge level so you know when it’s time to plug them in (a USB cord is included, but not a power plug). Because it doesn’t take much to light something, they rarely need charging. The 4-pack of lighters at this price is an amazing deal. Read more

The media could not be loaded. These are typical electric firestarter\candle lighters. They came quickly in adequate packaging. They came charged and ready to go. They are simple to use and effective if your expectations aren't too high. They definitely create an electronic spark that will light things on fire. It isn't a typical open flame though and takes some time figuring out how it works and what technique is effective. They are long enough to easily reach down into a candle that is low in the glass and the flexible shaft allows you to work around obstacles. I keep one in the master bath to light a candle and in a couple other areas of the house. I added a video of me lighting the bathroom candle. 8 have done that several times now and this lighter is an effective tool for that purpose. The build quality is fine and about what you'd expect. The handle is plastic and the flexible shaft is made out of metal. The operation works by turning the device on, then holding another button to ignite the lighter. I do have 2 issues that could possibly be a safety hazard. One is the cap that comes with it. The user may be inclined to keep the cap on the lighter. The problem is that the lighter can be ignited with it in place. I'm sure this would ignite the plastic cap and start a fire. I provided a pic showing me doing this (I only did it momentarily for this review so the reader can see what I'm talking about, I would not advise doing this). I would suggest storing the light without the cap. The other safety issue is the operation sequence. To put the device into "ignition mode", you have to slide a switch. At first, the battery lights come on and you know you're on. However, those lights go off eventually and there is no indication the device is "on". To ignite the lighter at this point, the black button is simply depressed and held in. I believe it would be easy to accidentally set something in the device when it was in "ignition mode" and start a fire accidentally. I would suggest not lying things on the device, storing in a place that would inhibit this, and get into the habit of turning off the device when you're done lighting things. Otherwise this is a decent tool that works for its intended purpose. Read more

This pack of USB rechargeable lighters is a game-changer. The flexible neck makes lighting my candles effortless. I like how the LED power display takes the guesswork out of charging, and the windproof, flameless design feels much safer than traditional lighters. The safety lock adds extra peace of mind. I feel confident using these anywhere in the house, even around the kids, and I found that having four lighters means there’s always one ready to go. The arcs are strong, consistent, and light things quickly every time. Practical, well-built, and easy to use. Read more
This electric USB rechargeable plasma arc lighter does what it’s supposed to — it lights reliably, is windproof and flameless, and the 360° flexible neck makes it versatile for reaching tricky spots. The LED power display and safety lock are useful features, and I like that it’s USB rechargeable so there’s no need for fuel or matches. That said, the tip is very narrow, so it doesn’t work quite like a traditional flame lighter. I found it tricky to use for lighting candles, especially wider or deeper ones — you have to position it just right. It also feels a bit dangerous if you’re not cautious because the arc is strong and exposed. With proper care though, it does work as intended. Overall, it’s a solid, functional plasma lighter that’s great for specific uses (like grills or thin wicks), but not a perfect one‑to‑one replacement for a regular lighter. Read more
