Best knife set ever

Best knives ever. We’ve always been huge fans of TK and cooking in general, so when his own knife set came out, we knew we had to get them. We absolutely love them! Crazy insane quality and they look amazing! Read more

Poor quality

Too bad I can’t return these now but I can suggest that nobody buys these unless you like cheap steel that will rust with a single drop of water. I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of these knives with the price I paid! Read more

Lacking in Refinement

Honestly, for $1200 I expected more refinement. I’m truly impressed with the blades sharpness and manufacturing, but there are blemishes that shouldn’t be present at this price point. The stain on the block was splattered, taking what could have been a work of art and leaving residual disappointment in its wake. Same goes for the handles that look less obviously plastic in the pictures, the ding marks on a couple handles, and a scratches on a couple blades. Put some more effort on finishing Cangshan and you’ll have a popular product. I’ll update my post with info on durability at a later date. Read more

Rust after a couple months

I am so sad about these knives. They’re absolutely beautiful, so sharp and balanced and I thought they were worth the $1,200 I paid for them. I was expecting to enjoy these knives for a long time. However, these arrived at my house early October and by the end of December, they are all rusting!!! I’m so disappointed. Read more

I should have read the reviews

It is stated in the description of the knives that they are made from stainless steel etc. I’m not sure how the steel treatment is processed in this Chinese factory but it’s not of good quality. The Chef knife from the set has its stainless steel blade started to stain (see pictures) within a month from receiving the set. That’s a sign of really bad quality. Now also other knives start to show the bad quality of this steel. See the pictures. I’m so extremely disappointed. Paid so much money for some terrible quality knives. My other Henckels knives for example never had this issue and I had them for longer than a decade. Read more
