This thing is awesome and much better than my other yellow streamer, it heats up super quickly and is quiet. Cleans up the worst of stains and comes with many attachments that are easy to clip on and off. would recommend for home, car, and cleaning anything else! Read more
I was hesitant to buy this steamer as oftentimes things like this are junk. This one isnt junk and it works great. The long handle lets you clean the grout around floor tiles without getting on your knees. Take off the long handle and it works great to steam clean anything else. Read more
I utilized the squeegee attachment to clean 5' wide windows that had a lot of dust on them. I was able to 5 of them done in about a 1/2 hour. Outside, quick and easy. Waited till the sun was past. It is loud with the steam. So in the house, I will probably use ear buds or head phones to reduce the sound. But there is power behind that sound. Utilized Descaled water. I was looking for something bigger than the McCullough ones. I had the McCulla 1385 and I had the smaller one so I was looking for something bigger than that and this one I turned it on and it got hot so fast guess what it got to like almost 300° I didn’t think I could get that hot, but it went through fast and was it’s really quick. The other ones that you have to wait for there’s no waiting on this one. I’ve only used it. I haven’t used it a lot. I just turned it on the first time I was like oh my God it’s got a lot of heat to my head like about 300° cause it hasn’t monitor on the side of it and it was Hella fast. I was super surprised about how fast it went usually with other ones I’ve had TWO McCulla 1385 and then the smaller version those ones took a lot longer to heat up for real for real I got all three of them off Amazon and the last couple years I detail cars so I use them a lot so I can tell which ones last longer because not all of them really last that long for using them a lot as far as what I’ve saw the first one that I had the McCullough it got jammed up because I was wasn’t using distilled water so I got that mineral stuff on it like within a year and then it wouldn’t work so then I was like I’m only gonna put distilled water in my steam cleaner from now on! Haven't used it extensively, but it works essentially the same as dupray's neat and neat plus unit. The difference being this one not only gets hotter, but also is able to add water as you use the unit. It also has a much better overall design vs dupray, where they believe it was wise to create a nozzle that cannot be detached from the unit. The unit uses the same accessories you can grab from dupray or any generic of this type of unit, so you can order replacements as needed for pretty cheap. Read more
AMAZING! GREAT QUALITY! I trust the customer service to be on top of it if I ever encounter any issues. I made the mistake of buying some off brand steamer manufactured overseas and when it broke down a week after using it the vendor disappeared from Amazon so I wasnt able to request a refund or repair under warranty.
