My co-ed volleyball teammates and I use this tape during our adult co-ed volleyball leagues and tournaments. It helps with our fingers when setting and hitting. I will wrap a couple of my finger joints as to give them a little more strength and avoid 'jamming' them. I give these 5 stars because it beats having the larger tape that we have where we have to rip it off and then rip it in half to get this size. I seem to never have scissors on hand... hence the ripping part. Now, that I have purchased the smaller sizes in tape, the guys always ask me for mine because they still have the big ones and don't want to rip it. *insert eye roll* I HAVE and WOULD definitely purchase again because my male teammates won't purchase their own and just use all of mine.
