This kinesiology tape is just what I needed to help support my arches and heel, due to plantar fasciitis. My PT started using this type of product on me, and I've continued as I overdo it occasionally and have to retreat my foot. The tape is sturdy without being so thick that it affects the fit of my shoes. It's easy to apply and I like the markings on the back of the tape, so I don't waste it. It sticks well, and I've not had any skin irritation from the adhesive. It's latex-free so that really helps since I'm sensitive to latex tape. This tape effectively supports my arches. I feel the price of this product is a great value, since it includes two rolls. It feels a little thinner than my role of original recipe KT tape, but once applied, it feels about the same. And $9.99 for 2 rolls is a big discount from $12.47 for KT-branded tape. On the plus side, I like the grid on the back of the tape that helps me to cut a known amount of tape rather than eyeballing KT's version. On the negative side, I notice that putting it through the shower causes the edges to start detaching whereas KT-brand generally stays on through 2 showers before it starts to pull off. From a price/performance perspective, I think that Cannon Sports' offering is the best choice despite being somewhat less water-resistant. Read more

This Cannon Kieniology tape is pretty good quality. It's not the best I've used, but it's above-average, and it's priced lower than most I've encountered. It works well for adding stability to joints, but depending on the joint, it can take a lot of wraps. It's simple to peel and stick. It's sticky enough to hold in place even when sweating, but still fairly easy to reposition without the "tearing off a bandaid" type of pain. Naturally, you can only reposition once or twice before its adhesive properties start to diminish. It can also relieve discomfort when applied properly. It sometimes requires help from someone else who knows what they're doing in order to get it positioned correctly. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a decent quality tape for a good price, and isn't super picky about having their specific brand of choice. Read more
